I decided to go with the color scheme above. I like the bright colors, and the contrast between the bright red and the dark blue. Its hard to see the detail (I am NOT a professional photographer) but I think the skullwork on the gun came out nice. Any criticisms of the color selection or 'photo tips'?

ReplyDeleteGet a small soft box. Or make one yourself. I got one off ebay for ~$15.
Get a small tripod for your (hopefully digital) camera. They run ~$10.
Set a timer on the camera.
With these three things, you'll be able to properly light the mini, set up a desirable angle, and minimize any blurring due to hand movement. It's worked great for me.
